Investment screening process
Gravity Ventures runs its investment screening through the process below.
From the first IR to signing the investment agreement typically takes 6–8 weeks.

First IR
The first presentation on the team and business. The assigned investor reviews the problem definition, market, technology, and team capabilities.

Data room sharing
We receive the materials needed for review — financials, contracts, and key metrics — via a data room, and begin in-depth review.
- 03
Further due diligence (desk / on-site)
We conduct desk diligence on the shared materials and, when needed, visit on-site to verify the substance and operations of the business.

Term sheet negotiation
We negotiate the term sheet covering investment size, valuation, and key conditions.
- 05
Investment Committee
The assigned investor writes an investment review report and submits the proposal; an expert committee makes the final decision.
- 06
Agreement & capital call
We sign the investment agreement under the agreed terms and complete the capital payment.
